Welcome to the Pool House Lodge at Hocking Hills! As you ascend the wide entry ramp from the ample parking lot, you'll encounter a welcoming seating area on the front porch. Stepping through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen featuring pristine white granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, a magnificent 10-foot live edge island, and a matching 9-foot live edge table. To your right, there's a convenient coffee bar, while on the left, you'll find the wheelchair friendly master bedroom and attached bath. Continuing your journey, you'll pass by the laundry closet equipped with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Beyond lies the expansive Great Room, adorned with a colossal sectional sofa, a striking stone fireplace, and a wall of windows offering views of the wooded hillside. The Great Room also boasts a full bath with a wheelchair friendly commode and sink. Patio doors lead to the 16-foot deep rear deck, complete with an outdoor fireplace.

Ascending the stairs, you'll enter a loft area furnished with a sectional and TV, perfect for some quiet relaxation. Down the hall, you'll find three additional bedrooms and a bathroom. At the end of the hallway awaits a door opening to a private deck furnished with a custom Amish-built bench and a hammock, ideal for unwinding. Returning to the Great Room, you can venture downstairs to the recreation room, where a pool table, foosball table, arcade game, sectional, TV, and kitchenette await your enjoyment. Adjacent to the recreation room recreation room is a wheelchair friendly full bath, which also provides access to the pool room. The pool room, accessible from both the recreation room and bathroom, boasts a spacious 15'x28' pool and seating area. From the recreation room or pool room, you can step out onto the rear patio, featuring the hot tub and additional outdoor living spaces. On the opposite side of the recreation room lies a door leading to a pirate-themed bunk room, with lower bunks designed for handicap access. A hallway from the recreation room leads to additional bedrooms and a full bath.
