Yes — grab bars are in the Queen Ensuite bathroom shower, by the toilet in the second main-floor bathroom, in the lower-level transfer shower, and as overhead grab bars on the lower bunks in the bunk room.
Can I get between levels without stairs? +
Yes. Step-free ramps connect the parking area to the main level, and the main level to the lower level. No elevator, but the ramp provides full access between floors without stairs.
Is Pool House Lodge a good cabin for mixed-ability groups? +
Yes — it’s one of the best options in Hocking Hills for multigenerational or mixed-ability groups. The property sleeps up to 20 guests. Guests with mobility needs can use the main-floor Queen Ensuite, roll-in shower, and accessible bathrooms, while other guests use the upper-floor bedrooms. Both levels are connected by ramp. The pool room, decks, firepit, kitchen, and living areas are all wheelchair friendly.
